We also try to evaluate, if people report higher reactance, when they have experienced legitimate or illegitimate created reactance instead of experiences in a neutral situation. People in the legitimate situation didn`t experience more explicit reactance than people in the illegitimate situations. People, who have experienced legitimate or illegitimate created reactance reported about higher reactance than people in the neutral situation. Compared with the legitimate situation, in one case we could observe that the agreement between reported and implicit affects were higher, when the reactance was created illegitimate. In some cases the order of the test-instrument influenced the results. The personality dimension extraversion had no great impact on the agreement between reported and implicit affects.
